About 480 Niger State pilgrims in the Fifth flight would be airlifted from kingdom of Saudi Arabia back to the State today, Wednesday, 25th, June,2025.
There will be thorough luggage checks of the 8kg bags for the Fifth batch of the pilgrims starting from 10: am this morning, to ensure that pilgrims adhere to the travel guidelines and regulations to facilitate a smooth departure from the Airport.
The Pilgrims totaling 480 will be conveyed to the king Abdul Aziz International Airport, Jedda by 1: pm for takeoff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport, Minna by 12: am midnight Saudi time.
The local government areas to be Airlifted are; Agaie, Bida, Katcha and part of Gbako, respectively.
The board disclosed that with the fifth batch ready to be airlifted today, the Board has successfully airlifted more than 80 percent of the pilgrims and that the exercise has been seamless so far.
The board assured that the Schedules of subsequent flights would be communicated accordingly as the they unfold.
