Niger State Governor, Mohammed Bago has led a group of Islamic Scholars from the State’s Imam Forum to inspect the newly constructed Juma’at Mosque (An-Noor) cited at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Centre Minna.
The newly built Mosque which is expected to be inaugurated on the 28th of February 2025 will serve as the new Government House Jum’at Mosque.
Governor Umaru Bago said knowledgeable Islamic Scholars will be invited where a substantive Imam would be chosen to be delivering sermons and lead the Muslim Ummah in congregational prayers.
Members of the Imam Forum described the development as phenomenal and praised the Governor for his foresight and strides towards the development of Islam.
