The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Niger State Chapter is deeply saddened by the passing of its esteemed member, Elder Martins Daniya, JP, MNIPR, Magajin Rafin Gussoro, who was laid to rest on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Elder Daniya was a distinguished Veteran Public Relations practitioner who served as Treasurer of the Niger State Chapter, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. He played a significant role in contributing to the growth and development of public relations in Niger State when served as Public Relations Manager at Niger State Water Board and was the first in that position to rise to the rank of a Director of Public Relations in the Niger State Civil Service.
According to Alhaji Mahmud Abdullahi, MNIPR, Chairman of the Niger State Chapter of NIPR, “Elder Daniya was a true professional, a mentor, and a friend. His demise has left a void in our chapter that can never be filled.”
The Niger State Chapter of NIPR extends its heartfelt condolences to the family of Elder Daniya during this difficult time, praying that “the Almighty God grant us all the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
