Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago congratulates his Special Adviser on Women and Affirmative Action, Mrs. Mary Noel-Berje on her 55th birthday on the 7th May 2025.
In a birthday message by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor commends Mrs. Noel-Berje for her unwavering dedication to service.
He describes the celebrant as an active, determined, goal-oriented, and resilient woman who has contributed to facilitating the implementation of government activities in the State, especially as they concern women and children.
The Governor says Mrs. Noel-Berje has demonstrated great passion and commitment in the affairs of women, ensuring that the policy of inclusivity of his administration is implemented.
While celebrating his Special Adviser, the Farmer Governor acknowledges that 55 is indeed very remarkable.
He prays that God will bless the celebrant with more years, keep her in good health and vitality.
The Governor also assures her of his continued support for her office, for more impactful initiatives for Women.
