NIPR NIGER STATE CHAPTER CELEBRATES HAJIYA, BINTA MAMMAN AT 47.
The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Niger State Chapter under the chairmanship of Mahmud Abdullahi, mnipr, joins family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers across the country to celebrate Hajia Binta Mamman, the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Niger State, on the occasion of her 47th birthday.
In a press statement signed by the Chapter Secretary, Aliyu Jibo Garba,anipr, the Institute described Hajia Binta Mamman as an astute politician, trailblazing communicator, a dedicated public servant, and a passionate advocate of strategic information management and good governance.
According to the statement, “Hajia Binta Mamman has distinguished herself as a true representative of the people, a voice of clarity and purpose in governance communication.
Her unwavering commitment to professionalism, transparency, and people-centered messaging has repositioned the image of government in Niger State.”
The Institute further noted that under her stewardship, the Ministry of Information and Strategy has witnessed a renaissance in public engagement, media relations, and strategic communication, in line with the forward-looking vision of the Farmer Governor, His Excellency Mohammed Umaru Bago.
“Beyond her professional excellence,” the statement continued, “Hajia Binta embodies humility, compassion, and exemplary leadership qualities that continue to inspire women in the state and beyond.”
