Niger state Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago mourns the passing of the Tsoidan Nupe, Mohammed Mustapha Yusuf, and grandfather of the Chairman, Niger State Revenue Service, Alh. Mohammed Etsu.
The Governor, through his Chief Press Secretary, says the death of Tsoidan Nupe is a great loss to the Nupe Kingdom in particular and Niger State at large.
He commiserates with the Chairman, Niger State Revenue Service Alhaji, Mohammed Etsu, and also extends his heartfelt condolences to the Etsu Nupe and Chairman Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alh Yahaya Abubakar over the loss of the Tsoidan Nupe.
The Governor acknowledges that the deceased has contributed tremendously towards strengthening of the Nupe traditional institution, having served as the Tsoidan Nupe for decades before his demise.
He observes that the death of Alhaji, Mustapha Yusuf has created a huge vacuum that might be difficult to fill, but encouraged all the bereaved to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled and impactful live, worthy of emulation.
The Governor also reminded the bereaved of the need to accept the demise of the Tsoidan Nupe as an act of Allah and remain steadfast in His will.
He prays that Allah will forgive all the shortcomings of the deceased, and grant him Aljanna Firdausi and comfort all that are affected by the demise of the Tsoidan Nupe.
