Niger State Governor, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago, has congratulated the wife of the Vice President of Nigeria, Hajiya Nana Kashim Shettima, on her 50th birthday, celebrated on July 22, 2025.
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Bago described the celebrant as a compassionate and visionary woman whose life has been dedicated to the service of humanity and community development.
He lauded her commitment to uplifting the vulnerable in society through the Support for Widows, Orphans, and Tsangaya (SWOT) Foundation, which he said is rooted in sincerity and has significantly contributed to good governance by empowering women and bringing hope to many lives.
The governor also commended her unwavering support for her husband, Vice President Kashim Shettima, in advancing the objectives of the Tinubu-led administration.
Governor Bago prayed for continued good health, strength, and wisdom for Hajiya Nana Shettima as she marks this milestone and continues her selfless service to the nation.
