Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has commiserated with the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, over the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo.
In a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Bago described the passing of a father as a painful loss, noting that fathers are pillars of strength whose absence creates a deep void.
He urged Governor Ododo to take the loss as the will of Allah, stressing that death is an inevitable end for all mortals.
He also encouraged his colleague to find comfort in the impactful life and legacy left behind by his late father.
Governor Bago prayed for the repose of the deceased’s soul in Aljanna Firdausi and asked Allah to grant the Kogi State governor, his family, and the people of Kogi State the fortitude to bear the loss.
