Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, extends his heartfelt felicitation to his Borno State colleague, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, on his 56th birthday on the 25th of August, 2025.
The governor, through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, showered encomiums on the celebrant, describing him as an exemplary leader.
He observes that Governor Zulum has demonstrated courage, doggedness, resilience, and competence in providing a good life to his people despite the insurgency that has bedevilled the state.
The governor says the celebrant has been a role model and an inspiration to him and many others.
While appreciating Allah for adding another year to Governor Zulum, the farmer governor enjoins the celebrant to remain steadfast to his values and service to humanity.
He prays that Allah will bless him with more years in good health and continue to grant him wisdom in his selfless service.
