Niger State Government has appointed
Dr. Amina Usman Kutigi as the ACTING PROVOST of the Fati Lami Abubakar Institute for Legal and Administrative Studies FLAILAS, Minna, Niger State.
Dr. Amina Usman Kutigi took over from the outgone Provost of the Institute Dr. Muhammad Aliyu Busa who has successfully completed his tenure.
Dr. Amina was the immediate past Deputy Provost Administration, FLAILAS, Minna.
Her appointment is a landslide achievement in the history of the institution, due to the fact that no female has ever served as a Provost in the Institute.
This is the first time a Female is occupying the office of the Provost in FLAILAS.
