Niger State chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations has condoled with the former Governor Mùazu Babangida Aliyu over the death of its Matriarch, Late Hajiya Jamila Aliyu who was a supportive mother and a renowned community builder.
In a heartfelt condolence message, the chairman of the chapter Alh. Mahmud Abdullahi described the deceased as mother who remained supportive and community mobilizer who has made her mark in the family political stage .
He said Hajiya Jamila contributed immensely as a decision maker in development of Niger State and had many track records that cannot be easily erased in her immediate community and the state as a whole.
He noted that the deceased lived a fulfilled and impactful life.
According to him, “Hajiya Jammie as popularly called was a Patriot who paid her dues and would be remembered for her contributions to the development of the state”.
“No doubt her death has created a vacuum, but we should all be comforted by the fact that she lived a good life and Allah is capable of raising someone that would fill the vacuum created by her demise”.
He prayed Allah to grant Hajiya Jamila Aljannah Firdausi and console the Aliyu family .
