Pilgrims onboard in second flight from Kebbi State have left Medina for Mecca.
The pilgrims comprising 230 persons from Argungu and Sandi Local Government Areas including Kebbi Government Officials (KGO).
On arrival in Mecca, the pilgrims will perform Umrah signifying the commencement of their Hajj and remove their Ihram and wait till 8th of Dhul Hijja to start the Hajj proper.
Speaking on the journey, one of the members of Da’awah Committee, Malam Shehu Mashama-Zauro advised pilgrims to be disciplined, law abiding and patient while performing their Hajj.
While reminding the pilgrims that Hajj exercise requires strength, the cleric encouraged them to eat well to be able to perform the religious right diligently.
