Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has continued to play host to different groups and individuals paying condolence visit at the official residence of his Deputy over the demise of Hajiya Zainab Yakubu Garba, the wife of the Deputy Governor, Com Yakubu Garba.
Among those that paid the condolence visit were the family of Mohammed Mustapha Techno, serving and former Ministers, All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwarts in the State, Mohammed Babangida, the Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police in charge of Zone 7, AIG Ogundele Joshua Ayodeji.
Others are delegated from Kagara Emirate, Edati and Munya Local Government Areas as well as Suleja Local Government Area, Nigeria Labour Congress, and Contractors handling projects in the State,
The Governor, on behalf of the State Government, appreciated each of the delegated groups for the visit.
He urged them to continue to pray for Allah’s comfort to all those affected by the loss.
Special prayers were also offered for the repose of the souls of late Hajiya Zainab Yakubu Garba, and for Allah to grant the Deputy Governor the fortitude to bear the loss.
Also, prayer for enduring peace in the State and the country, as well as the success of the present administration were made.
