Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced Sunday, 7th, July 2024 as the first Flight Schedule for the airlift of the State Pilgrims back to Niger State, after successfully completing the 2024 Hajj in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Flight is expected to takeoff from the King Abdul-Aziz International Airport Jedda to Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport,Minna.
The Executive Secretary, of the Board, Sheikh Muhammad Awwal Aliyu, said the first flight having 425 using FLYNAS Airplanes, will airlift Pilgrims from Mashegu, and part of Mariga with consideration of some pilgrims who are suffering from health challenges and are undergoing medical treatments.
He noted that the weighing of luggages for the first set of Pilgrims has started today, Friday ,5th ahead of the Sunday first airlift.
He reiterated that the itinerary of the subsequent flights would be communicated accordingly In due course to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for all pilgrims back from the exercise.
The Executive Secretary said Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board is working tirelessly for a seamless and well-organized travel plan that prioritize the safety, comfort, and convenience of all pilgrims from the State.
