Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board has concluded the luggage checks for the Fifth batch of pilgrims to be airlifted from kingdom of Saudi Arabia back to the State on Saturday 13,July, 2024.
The Pilgrims totaling 430 will be conveyed to the king Abdul Aziz International Airport, Jedda very early in the morning tomorrow Saturday,13,July,2024 for takeoff in the evening.
The local government areas to be Airlifted are; Lapai, Lavun,, parts of Bosso, and Chanchaga among others.
The board disclosed that with the fifth batch ready to be airlifted tomorrow, the Board has successfully airlifted more than 60 percent of the pilgrims and that exercise has been seamless so far.
The board assured that the Schedules of subsequent flights would be communicated accordingly as the plans unfold.
