Niger State Governor Mohammed Umar Bago says the state set to support women empowerment with one hundred million naira.
The governor stated this at the BAGO women skills training and empowerment programme with the theme “grafting” held at independence at justice Idris legbo Kutigi International Conference Center Minna.
Mohammed Umar Bago explained that the aim is to ensure women progress and become self reliant at all cost.
He also advised the woman to ensure they learn what they would be taught as it will enable them become financially independent.
Governor Umar Mohammed however promised to give each and every participant one hundred thousand naira each after the programme.
