Our attention has been drawn to the above senseless, primitive, tactless, irresponsible, and narrow-minded press release by the wasted , undemocratic Peoples Democratic Party in kebbi State. This press release further confirms the general impression in our dear state that only people left in the forest called PDP are those who have lost reason and are merely roaming in the forest of confusion .
One wonders how a party could be so weak in easoning and wrong in judgment if only its members have the slightest sense of responsibility and are patriotic and delirious of a progressive kebbi state that works for all.
Kebbi State had been wrapped in the thickest blanket of under development and retrogression. Governor Nasir Idris is completely committed to his campaign promises of removing kebbi state from the yoke of under development and leading it to the promised land of progress and development. These efforts commenced on May 29th, 2023 , and shall continue until Kebbi takes its place of prominence among its sisters in the country.
The few trips embarked by the Governor and his team to foreign lands are not the picnics usually associated with the devastated PDP during its reign of horror and backwardness. The Government of Dr Nasir Idris is already opening doors of the state to foreign investment to explore the many potentials available in the state to boost economic activities in the areas of mineral resources development, agricultural revolution, power supply through renewable energy, the transformation of our education sector, infrastructural development, access to health and good drinking water, among others. In no time, the good people of kebbi state will see more development to consolidate existing gains.
We are conscious of the fact that these positive strides will be bad news to the PDP, just as the ones recorded in the last one year have put the shameless opposition into deep shame.
The present trip of His Excellency, the exceptional Governor Nasir Idris, shows that Kebbi’s name is already in the world map. Governor Idris and his team are in the United States for the United Nations General Assembly , an event which will give our state the opportunity to rub minds with world leaders, international investors , donor agencies, chief executives of international organizations, and other beautiful opportunities for growth and development through the positive cross fertilization of ideas and unique common interests. A patriotic opposition would have seen this trip as worthwhile.
Governor Nasir Idris has always loved the people of kebbi state without hesitation or reservations. This love has been demonstrated in the most honest and committed manner. The people appreciate their Governor and this explains their unwavering support and prayers for the Kaura administration. Let the PDP weep as Kauran Gwandu whips them with his exemplary leadership. Kebbi is out of darkness and will never go back there.PDP in kebbi is sad, frustrated, and uncomfortable because there is good news everywhere in the state. We say,
May their frustration be permanent!
Let it be known that a Comrade Governor who came to power by the will of God and through the massive goodwill and support of the people can never be wasteful with their resources but will use resources efficiently, effectively and responsibility to the glory of God and joy of the people.
