The people in Niger State have been charged to always stand for truth, good governance, and help the less privileged in the society irrespective of ethnics and religions affiliation.
The executive Director of Crusaders Radio Sunny Otache made the call during the sixth crusaders anniversary and award held at Rehoboth event center in Minna
Otache said for the past six years of being a Radio personality, he had learnt about the people, stressing that the Crusader core mandate is to give voice to the voiceless in the society.
He maintained that Crusader’s team will continue to give back to the Society through peoples oriented Programmes and connect peoples to the government, appealing to the citizens to voice out any challenges bedeviling them.
To fulfill the promise of giving back to the society, awards were given to some personalities who have distinguished themselves in their field of work and their contributions humanity.
One of the awardees is the Director General Voice of Nigeria VON, Jibril Baba Ndache.
Receiving the award on behalf of the DG VON Chairman of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, Niger state Chapters, Alhaji Mahmud Abdullahi , Commended the Crusader Radio for the laud Initiative Programmes that have direct impact to the residents of Niger state.
Alhaji Mahmud Abdullahi said Crusader’s Radio contribution to the progress of the state and the nation at large is unprecedented.
The Executive Director of Crusader Radio, Appreciated all the staff and Management of Prestige Radio, especially, Mallam Yusuf Ladan, Alhaji Zubair Idris Abdulra’uf, and Mahmud Abdullahi.
