Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima, Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabimila, Governors, Senators, Ministers, Members, House of Representatives and other prominent Nigerians were in Kebbi State to witness the weeding ceremony of the son and daughter of Hon. Bello Kaoje, Alhaji Adamu Hussaini ( MD, ZBCC)
The weeding Fatiha which took place on Saturday at the Emir of Gwandu’s palace drew distinguished personalities from far and near across Nigeria.
The Vice President, who stood in as the groom’s parent, Sadiya Bello Kaoje gave out her hands in marriage to the bridegroom, Zaradeen Faruk Bala, through his representative, after payment of N300,000 as dowry.
Formalising the marriage, the Chief Imam Gwandu Emirate Muhammad Lawali prayed God Almighty to bless the marriage.
Hussaini Adamu Hussaini and Yusera Bala Bawa were also joined together, where Gov. Ahmad Aliyu of sokoto State requested the hands of Yusra in marriage for Hussaini with a dowry of N300,000.
In a similar vein, Hadiza Aliyu Guruza and Nafiu Bala Zaki Dan Kuliya were also solemnised after payment of N200,000 dowry.
