All arrangements have been concluded for the turbaning ceremony of the Dagacin Gupa Galle, Etsu Isyaku Musa scheduled for today 8th February, 2025.
The turbaning will take place at the palace of His Royal Highness the Emir of Lapai Alhaji Umaru Bago Tafida the third who is also to conduct the coronation.
Historically, Gupa Galle community consist of six villages which includes; Galle, Jeda, Gbaguje, Gurgudu, Matakpa and Ejengitsa respectively.
According to the coronation committee, reception will follow immediately at the resident of the newly turbaned Dagaci at his home town in Gupa Galle, Lapai local government area of Niger state.
Members of the community and the general public are invited to be part of the historic event and witness the hospitality of the community by attending the ceremony as scheduled.
