The Nigerian Correctional Service has built up several controversy discussions after opening a magnificent hotel amid the dilapidating conditions of correctional facilities in the country. The Service on its official Facebook page Monday 13th of May showcased the completion of ‘COCOS Hotel and Gardens’ with photos of the magnificent twin structures of the facility and its different sections.
