The United Kingdom government has said that only international students coming in for their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) studies were eligible to bring in dependents to the country. The National Examinations Council (NECO) has digitalized the recruitment process for Examination Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal and External. The digitalization is to check sharp practices in the recruitment process and to enhance efficiency and effective service delivery. A Thirty one year old man is to die by hanging after he was found guilty of two count charges which bothered on joint act and culpable homicide. Hamza Mohammed was found guilty and convicted and sentenced to dead by hanging by the Chief Judge of Niger Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdulmalik.
