The Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris has flagged-off 87 kilometres Dabai-Koko road at the cost of N64 billion. The road, a federal government’s own, had been taken over by Kebbi State Government due to constant construction delays by the previous contractor. The road project had been re-awarded to three contractors, GNIC, 37 kilometers, ZBCC, 25 kilometers and Habib Engineering Company, 25 kilometers for speedy completion of the project. Niger State Government is set to engage an indigenous and Chinese Firms on a $100m proposed partnership agreement on Minna-Paiko-Sueja water supply project aimed at improving water supply in the State.
