Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has approved the construction of the 44 km road from Lemu,headquarters of Gbako Local Government Area of the State to Kateregi Community in Katcha Local Government. Niger State Government said it has secured $10m World Bank assisted fund to arrest gully erosion in some parts of Mokwa Local Government Area. The Governor gave the expression in New Bussa, when he inspected the project executed by the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (N-HYPPADEC).
