Niger State Government is to spend N10 billion on remodelling the General Hospital and School of Health Technology in Tungan Magajiya, Rijau Local Government Area. Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago stated this when he visited the two facilities in Rijau, in continuation of his Statewide projects monitoring tour.
