Niger State Governor, Muhammed Umaru Bago has redeemed his pledges of N500 million to Abdullahi Kure University (AKUM), and N250 million Newgate Universities in the state. The Federal Government has released funds for payment of withheld salary of Non-Academic Staff Union of Federal Universities (NASU).
