His Excellency, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, has donated 100 Saudi Riyal to each of the pilgrims that were still in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Executive Chairman, Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Alhaji Faruku Aliyu Yaro Enabo, Jagaban Gwandu disclosed this at a hotel tagged: “Nafisa Nasir Idris House” in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Executive Chairman spoke during an interactive session with the agency’s officials, clerics and other pilgrims that are still in Saudi Arabia.
Aliyu-Yaro-Enabo urged the pilgrims to remain calm and law abiding citizens in view of the fact that food and accommodation was non of their problems.
During the session, some Islamic clerics such as; Malam Lawal Maikwalla, Malam Muhammadu Suru and Malam Hussaini Abubakar Giro had preached to the pilgrims and offered prayers to His Excellency, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris to succeed.
Responding, the pilgrims expressed gratitude to the governor for what they described as a timely gesture and prayed for his administration to achieve its desired goals and objectives for the good of the state.
