Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago was the father of the day at the wedding reception of three sons of the Permanent Member I, Niger State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Hajiya Fatima Ibrahim Kaka Wabi.
The reception, which took place in Minna, also had in attendance members of the Niger State Executive Council, top government functionaries among other well-wishers.
In his remarks, the Governor congratulated Kaka Wabi and the couples for the remarkable occasion.
He enjoined the couples to be patient and tolerant with their partners, stressing that they should not allow 3rd party in their homes.
The Governor prayed to Allah to grant them peace and blessings in their marriages.
Chairman of Mokwa Local Government Area, Jibril Abdullahi Muregi appreciated the Governor and other dignitaries for gracing the occasion and prayed for blissful homes for the couples.
While officiating the cutting of the cakes, former Niger South Senator, Sen. Zainab Kure enjoined the couples to live in peace and let love take the lead in their homes.
The wedding reception also featured various local music artists, special dance by the couples, while the guests were thrilled to sumptuous meals.
