Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago expresses sympathy to the Government and people of Plateau State over the demise of former Senator and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory FCT Abuja, Lt. Gen. Jeremiah Timbut Useni.
In a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor describes the death of Lt. Gen. Timbut Useni as a colossal loss to Nigeria and humanity.
He recalls the outstanding commitment and remarkable contributions of the deceased to nation-building during his active service in the Military and even after he retired and joined politics.
The Governor reiterates that the late Lt. Gen. Timbut Useni has left a vacuum, especially in the Northern Nigeria, that only God can fill it.
He condoles with the government and people of Plateau State, and prays that God will grant the soul of the departed eternal rest and comfort all those affected by the death.
