Niger State Mohammed Umaru Bago commiserates with the Pro-Chancellor of the Abdulkadir Kure University Minna, Prof. Mohammed Kuta Yahaya over the demise of his mother, Hajiya Fatima Yawo Yahaya.
In a condolence message through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor notes that the deceased was an embodiment of the grace and favour of Allah to have lived up to 99 years on earth.
While acknowledging that losing a loved one creates a void regardless of age, Governor Umaru Bago however says the demise of Hajiya Yawo Yahaya is a celebration of life.
He says the deceased lived an impactful and fulfilled life as evident in the way she nurtured her children, especially Prof. Kuta Yahaya who has grown to be a pride to not only Niger State, but the nation as a whole.
The Governor prays that Allah will forgive all the shortcomings of the deceased and grant her Aljanna Firdausi as well as comfort Prof. Kuta Yahaya, his immediate and extended families
He also prays that the family will sustain the good legacies of the deceased for greater impact.
