Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has applauded Niger Foods for its farming activities in the State.
The Governor stated this when he inspected one of the Niger Foods farms in Mokwa and interacted with the tractor operators who had earlier planted corn on the farm.
He said the farm is about 3,000 Hectares and that another 150, 000 Hectares will be added before the end of June 2025.
“This is about 3,000 Hectares we have started, and we are heading to another 150,000 before the end of June. We have started planting corn, and they are doing well”.
The Governor emphasised that Niger Foods has farms in different locations in Mokwa, and other local government areas across the State and that they are doing very well.
