Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has rejoiced with the former Kaduna State Governor Mal. Nasir El-Rufai on his 65th birthday.
The Governor in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary Bologi Ibrahim describes El-Rufai as a great man whose ideologies were instrumental to the strength and growth of the ruling All Progressives Congress Party.
He equally thanks and appreciates El-Rufai for the remarkable role he played in the party’s successes in all the previously held elections in the Country and that El-Rufai has made a mark in the democratic history of Nigeria.
He acknowledges the contributions of Nasir El-Rufai to the growth and development of the FCT and Kaduna State respectively where he served the people with all sense of purpose.
Governor Umaru Bago while wishing the former Governor of Kaduna State long life and prosperity as he attains the age of 65 says his wealth of experience both in the private and public sectors will continue to play significant roles in the growth of the Nation.
He describes El-Rufai as a man of honour and dignity who still has alot to offer in the political landscape of Nigeria adding that, his desire and hunger for a greater Nigeria is second to none as he will continue to be a strong pillar in Nigeria’s political landscape.
