Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai in collaboration with the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria has concluded plans to strengthen and promote Governments efforts on food security in the country.
This was made known when a delegation from the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria visited the university on resource inspection of facilities that will actualize the development.
The vice chancellor, represented by Deputy vice chancellor Administration, Professor, Hassan Ibrahim, affirmed that the collaboration will go a long way to strengthen research between the university and the Council.
The University assured of leveraging in the opportunity to boost food security and key into the Agricultural Development of Governor Umar Bago in the states.
