Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris has approved the appointment of Bello Marafa Besse as the new District Head of Baraden Dutsin-Mari in Koko-Besse Local Government Area.
The Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Garba Umar Dutsin-Mari announced this in a statement issued to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Wednesday.
He said the appointment of the new district head was due to the demise of Alhaji Muhammad Mualliyadi, who passed away recently.
The commissioner thanked the Kebbi State Governor for approving the appointment of the new district head and urged him to be committed to his responsibility by ensuring peace and harmony in his domin.
