The Governor recalls how the former Nigerian High Commissioner to Zimbabwe actively contributed to Nation-building.
He says the celebrant has remained consistent in giving his best to the society even after his active service.
The Governor observes that the Sani Bello Foundation established by the celebrant, which has empowered and bettered the lives of millions of people, is a testament of his love and concern for the people, especially the less privileged.
He says the elder statesman has become a reference point in service to humanity, hence, it is not surprising that he has successful and thriving businesses across many sectors of the economy.
The Governor, while thanking Allah for the life of the celebrant, prays that Allah will continue to protect and keep him in good health, and grant him more wisdom to continue his selfless service to humanity.
