The Central Working Committee of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) is to hold its inaugural meeting since the election of the current national President of the union ,
Comrade Alhassan Yahaya Abdullahi on the 27th of November, 2024.
A statement signed by the Chairman and Secretary, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kebbi State Council ,Comrade Bello Sarki Abubakar and Comrade Ismail Adebayo respectively indicates that the meeting which is scheduled to take place in Birnin Kebbi between 11th- 13th February, 2025 is to be hosted by Kebbi State Government under the abled leadership of Governor Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu.
Participants of the meeting are drawn from across the country and will be led by the National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Comrade Abdullahi.
While in the state, the NUJ president and members of his team will inspect numerous development projects executed by Comrade Governor Dr. Nasir Idris’s Administration.
