The Provost of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) College of Education, Dr. Sule Mundi, has reiterated the institution’s commitment to providing qualitative teacher education, particularly in the areas of Science and Nigerian Languages.
Dr. Mundi, who made this known while speaking with Prestige FM Radio in zuba said the college was established to bridge the gap in teacher education and address the challenges facing the Nigerian educational system.
The Provost noted that the college’s teacher education programs are designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach effectively, using modern teaching methods and technologies.
Dr. Mundi emphasized that the college’s emphasis on Science and Nigerian Languages is in line with the Federal Government’s efforts to promote science and technology education, as well as preserve and promote Nigeria’s cultural heritage.
According to Doctor Mundi, the FCT College of Education has a reputation for producing highly qualified teachers who are in high demand by schools across the country.
