The attention of the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangi University Management has been drawn to the malicious and unpatriotic attitude of some cybercafè operators who take the undue advantage of candidates, especially freshers, in the name of re-verification of results.
It is embarrassing that cafes are charging in the name of the University, and above the official fees.
The public is assured that the Management has instituted a task force in conjunction with the relevant security agencies to immediately track those engaged in the sharp practice.
Those involve in such act are advised in their own interest to desist from doing so or face appropriate disciplinary action.
