The Managing Director Scientific Equipment Development Institute, SEDI Minna, Professor Mohammed Baba Ndaliman has congratulated Former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, IBB on the auspicious occasion of the celebration of his eighty third birthday anniversary.

message described the Former General Ibrahim Badamasi
Babaginda as an authentic Nigerian Statesman of huge proportions whose career in the military and in the governance of Nigeria have become key critical components of Nigerian history.
The MD, SEDI Minna further described IBB as a man who
understands the political nuances of Nigeria, adding that, the place of the ex-military President in the history of Nigeria is assured.
Professor Ndaliman explained that even in retirement, the voice of IBB continues to reverberate on national issues while a greater number of his policies while in office remain reference points in administrative depth and the use of merit as a basis for leadership
selection.
Professor Ndaliman on behalf of the Management of SEDI Minna, wished the former military President a very happy birthday and many happy returns with good health and Allah’s protection.
He appreciated Almighty Allah for keeping the former President alive to witness eighty-third birthday.
